Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver working software.
- Build distributed systems, modernize legacy applications, and implement cloud best practices.
- Design, build, modernize, and ship scalable cloud-native applications using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, .NET, and PostgreSQL on AWS.
- Use infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines to deploy cloud-native solutions.
- Build multi-agent systems and champion agentic, AI-driven software development across design, coding, testing, review, and deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of customer-facing consulting experience leading, designing, and implementing software solutions with strong system-design foundations.
- Experience with application modernization patterns, including refactoring and re-platforming.
- Experience with modern relational or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns at scale.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native solutions with AWS technologies.
- Preferred: strong API design and implementation experience with REST, GraphQL, or gRPC and identity protocols such as OIDC and OAuth 2.0.
- Preferred: knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and embedding pipelines.
- Preferred: understanding of AI agent architectures, development patterns, MCP, A2A, and multi-agent systems.
- Preferred: proficiency with DevOps and observability tools such as GitLab CI, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
- Preferred: experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, including component-based architecture and state management.
