Responsibilities
- Analyze technical requirements, lead solution design workshops, and translate business needs into scalable SAP CRM solutions.
- Guide business and IT stakeholders on SAP CRM architecture, development best practices, and integration approaches.
- Design, develop, and implement custom SAP CRM solutions, including One Order Framework enhancements.
- Develop and integrate Complaints, Case Management, and Workflow capabilities for SAP CRM C&I sales and service processes.
- Integrate SAP CRM with SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI/PI/PO, and third-party applications through inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP CRM technical, performance, and integration issues using debugging, performance tuning, and SQL trace analysis.
- Produce Technical Design Documents, Integration Design Documents, and solution architecture documentation.
- Support authorization concepts, production activities, and end-to-end delivery for large-scale SAP transformation, migration, or utility programs.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise and deep knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, development frameworks, and integration technologies.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing custom SAP CRM solutions and technical enhancements.
- Strong experience with the SAP CRM One Order Framework, Complaints, Case Management, and Workflow development.
- Experience supporting SAP CRM C&I sales and service processes through technical solution design and development.
- Proven experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP IS-U, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI/PI/PO, and third-party applications.
- Strong knowledge of SAP debugging, performance tuning, SQL trace analysis, authorization concepts, and production support.
- Experience with large-scale SAP transformation, migration, or utility-industry programs with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency producing Technical Design Documents, Integration Design Documents, and solution architecture documentation.
