Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and client stakeholders on strategic AI and data engagements.
- Shape high-level solution designs, estimates, roadmaps, propositions, and contractual details for client opportunities.
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Support sales activities including deal qualification, pricing, Deal Reviews, client presentations, oral presentations, and negotiations.
- Create architecture and design artifacts and translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks while ensuring solutions are deliverable and commercially viable.
- Advise clients on Azure adoption, cloud architecture patterns, migration strategies, and enterprise AI transformation.
- Coach and mentor technical teams and contribute to the growth of the AI and Data community.
Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and strong working knowledge of Python.
- Proficiency with Azure AI Services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Bot Services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including AI application development, model evaluation, prompt orchestration, AI governance, and enterprise AI deployment.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and intelligent copilots.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge grounding, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
- Experience with AI orchestration technologies such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, large language models, foundation models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, business processes, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data platforms.
- Experience creating technical visions, high-level architectures, AI roadmaps, transformation strategies, and executive presentations.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles including security, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, compliance, security, model monitoring, and enterprise AI risk management.
- Proven success in consultative and complex technical sales engagements, enterprise architecture, design, implementation, and support.
- Extensive experience with large and complex enterprise customers and cloud-based Data and AI solutions.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs involving Azure, data platforms, AI platforms, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience influencing distributed and global teams and engaging effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with .NET, C#, R, or other modern development frameworks is beneficial.
- Knowledge of equivalent capabilities within AWS and GCP is highly regarded.
- Awareness of Microsoft partner ecosystems, go-to-market motions, ECIF, GTM Solution Plays, Marketplace, and GTM Workshop Offers is desirable.
