Responsibilities
- Lead delivery engagements and provide architecture guidance for large, complex solutions spanning Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, AI, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Contribute across project phases, including pre-sales, requirements assessment, solution scoping, architecture, design, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Architect, design, configure, customize, and implement hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Design conceptual and technical architectures and define technical, non-functional, and operational requirements.
- Lead delivery teams and coordinate with clients, IT staff, business partners, cross-functional technology teams, and design teams.
- Support product demonstrations, presentations, client action plans, and right-fit solutioning for ambiguous requirements.
- Ensure project quality, timely delivery, and effective resolution of client issues.
- Share technical knowledge through community and internal events and travel as required for pre-sales and project demands.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Microsoft AI offerings, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Consulting experience with external clients, including pre-sales, solutioning, product demonstrations, presentations, and pricing strategy awareness.
- Implementation experience across multiple industries, with global or offshore CRM technology implementation and maintenance experience desirable.
- Experience architecting large, complex solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using Power Fx, plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web API.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE DevOps for requirements management and application lifecycle management.
- Experience in Software as a Service environments and both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, client management, autonomous decision-making, and team collaboration skills.
- PL-600, AI-900, or AZ-900 certification is desirable.
- Australian citizenship is preferred, but permanent residents are also considered; candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
- Ability to be based in or relocate to Perth and travel interstate when required.
