Responsibilities
- Engage technical decision-makers, act as a trusted advisor, and shape sales strategy with account teams.
- Lead complex technical wins, coach technical sellers, and coordinate with product and engineering teams on escalated blockers.
- Design architectures and lead design sessions, proofs of concept, pilots, and hackathons.
- Guide customers through cloud migration, modernization, digital transformation, and security-focused technical decisions.
- Develop competitive selling strategies and provide customer, market, and competitive insight to business and product teams.
- Build partner relationships, support partner technical capacity, and identify partnership opportunities.
- Lead technical communities, deliver content at Microsoft events, mentor peers, and create readiness plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or equivalent experience.
- Broad Azure experience across enterprise customers and environments.
- Demonstrable AI experience and the ability to discuss how AI and automation support modernization outcomes.
- Experience leading migration and modernization engagements and connecting technical approaches to business impact.
- Strong consultative selling and technical communication skills tailored to different audiences.
- Preferred experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure; architecture design; migrations; and technology management.
- Preferred Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent Information Security or Power BI credentials.
- Preferred experience mapping solutions to enterprise modernization and digital transformation plans.
