Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of VertiGIS and ArcGIS solutions.
- Drive innovative use of spatial technologies and improve solution performance, usability, and automation.
- Prepare technical documentation, including deployment and administration guides.
- Support customer opportunities through pre-sales demonstrations and solution advice.
- Provide senior-level input into solution architecture, project delivery, client consulting, and continuous improvement.
- Complete relevant industry certifications and travel as required.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, geomatics, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in GIS, spatial, or related commercial roles.
- At least three years of experience working with databases and cloud services.
- Strong experience with at least one Esri technology, such as ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online.
- Full working rights in Australia and successful completion of a pre-employment police background check are required.
