Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture design for Digital & Technology programs and projects.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, secure, compliant solutions.
- Conduct architecture assessments, impact analysis, and design reviews.
- Present designs to the Architecture Review Board and ensure alignment with standards.
- Advise on emerging technologies, integration approaches, and solution design.
- Contribute to architecture standards, patterns, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to a high-performing architecture practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience designing solutions across diverse technologies and platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is highly desirable.
