Partner Success Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and guide scalable technical solutions that align partner business and technical requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical consulting, configuration, implementation guidance, and architecture expertise for Salesforce Platform, AI, and Data products.
- Support partner pre-sales activities, including solution strategy, technical demonstrations, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Develop prototypes, technical reference architectures, checklists, and customer stories to support partner-led growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor on Salesforce products, Agentforce, Data Cloud, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation.
- Build relationships with Salesforce partners, internal product teams, sales teams, services, solution engineering, customer success, and partner support.
- Coach and mentor partners, customers, and colleagues on technical delivery and emerging innovations.
- Gather partner needs, define use cases, and demonstrate how Salesforce data and AI capabilities drive customer outcomes.
- Use modern AI tools and coding assistants to build, test, and iterate on functional prototypes and software solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technology-facing role such as product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or consulting.
- Experience as a Solution Engineer, pre-sales consultant, or technology consultant working for or with a Salesforce Partner or Systems Integrator.
- Experience designing and building solutions on Agentforce, Data 360, or other agentic and data platforms.
- Experience guiding partners and project teams in applying AI technology to business use cases.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration and coding best practices.
- Detailed understanding of web services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, ESB or ETL tools, and integration patterns for CMS, ERP, HRIS, and DWH/DM systems.
- Experience creating predictive and generative machine learning or AI models for business-valued use cases and outcomes.
- Experience with at least one Salesforce Industry, such as FINS, RCG, HLS, CMT, or Manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Familiarity with the AI and Data technology landscape, including Snowflake, AWS, and GCP products and solutions.
- Experience building AppExchange apps is a plus.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Agentblazer Legend, and Certified Data Cloud and Salesforce Admin certifications are essential or highly regarded as specified.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Industry, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications are highly regarded.
