Responsibilities
- Serve as Tech Holding’s on-site technical and delivery presence for a Sydney client.
- Partner with C-level executives, VPs, and senior technology stakeholders to align goals, expectations, and progress.
- Build client relationships and represent Tech Holding professionally on-site.
- Lead and coordinate delivery across local and globally distributed teams.
- Shape project strategy, technical direction, delivery plans, and execution priorities.
- Translate stakeholder and business needs into technical plans and actionable workstreams.
- Provide technical direction across TypeScript, Node.js, GCP, and modern cloud-based development.
- Review solutions, challenge assumptions, and support technical decision-making while guiding engineering teams.
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery concerns early.
- Coordinate local client stakeholders and distributed technical teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Technical Delivery Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar client-facing technical leadership role.
- Hands-on technical experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern application development.
- Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, VPs, and technology leaders.
- Experience leading or coordinating distributed teams across multiple regions.
- Ability to balance technical execution, client communication, strategic planning, and delivery ownership.
- Strong client relationship-building, problem-solving, technical judgment, and ownership skills.
- Comfort leading senior-level conversations and coordinating day-to-day technical work.
- Nice-to-have experience in real estate technology, proptech, property management, brokerage, leasing, or related domains.
- Prior consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery experience is preferred.
- Experience with cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, or distributed systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern engineering workflows is preferred.
