Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with Datadog and partner technical teams.
- Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, technical assessments, advice, and coaching.
- Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams through resolution.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase the value and adoption of Datadog capabilities.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize features.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
- Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog’s value from technical stakeholders to executives.
- Confident presentation skills and a demonstrated passion for continuous learning.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD.
- Previous experience supporting channel partners, using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools, and performing root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging is advantageous.
