Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery and data-flow mapping of customer environments.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to various stakeholders.
- Lead and manage Proof-of-Concepts and validate customer requirements.
- Architect, install, and configure Protegrity software solutions.
- Create detailed solution design and project planning documents.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to align technical activities.
- Mentor other Solution Engineers and build expertise through certifications.
- Use cloud labs to validate capabilities and support customer scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in solution engineering or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading technical engagements in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a consultative mindset.
