Responsibilities
- Lead the migration to a next-generation component system using Tailwind and React.
- Build tooling and workflows that bridge Figma and production.
- Prototype emerging interaction patterns and adaptive interface concepts.
- Establish standards for AI-assisted build workflows to enhance design quality.
- Act as a liaison between design practice and engineering teams.
- Champion accessibility throughout the design and build process.
- Share knowledge through documentation, demos, and support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at the intersection of design and engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Figma, including component architecture and plugin development.
- Strong working knowledge of React and modern JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with design systems at scale.
- Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Accessibility knowledge in practice (WCAG 2.1).
