Responsibilities
- Lead the internal deployment of Okta Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management.
- Blueprint workflows for least-privilege access to ensure compliance and security.
- Act as the lead architect for testing and deploying identity security features.
- Design internal implementation blueprints for session security against cookie theft.
- Lead the effort to open-source tools developed by the Customer Zero team.
- Engage in thought leadership through video series and public speaking at events.
- Define integration of Okta identity with modern orchestration layers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT/software development and technical architecture experience.
- 3+ years focused on IAM/Security Architecture.
- Experience deploying Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Knowledge of core protocols like OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
- Strong understanding of identity threat vectors and security architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive engagement.
