Responsibilities
- Develop strong knowledge of Tines Intelligent Workflow Platform.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and demo Tines Stories to demonstrate value.
- Manage the technical decision process with customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases.
- Support enablement of priority channel and technical alliance partners.
- Provide market feedback to the product organization.
- Contribute to the knowledge base with customer experiences.
- Support the Solutions Engineering team in developing best practices.
- Drive strategic direction for sales engineering in the ANZ region.
- Mentor and guide other sales engineers.
- Represent Tines at industry events and webinars.
- Lead design and implementation of complex automation solutions.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Act as a senior advocate for key customers.
- Identify initiatives to enhance sales engineering effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role at a SaaS company.
- Strong technical background with experience working with APIs.
- Experience in the security and/or IT industry.
- Proven skills in uncovering customer needs.
- Experience delivering compelling demos and winning technical evaluations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
- A passion for learning and client success.
- Project management skills for delivering customer solutions.
- Analytical skills to derive insights from complex data.
- Startup mentality with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% - 40%.
