Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of Tines Intelligent Workflow Platform.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.
  • Build and demo Tines Stories to demonstrate value.
  • Manage the technical decision process with customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases.
  • Support enablement of priority channel and technical alliance partners.
  • Provide market feedback to the product organization.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base with customer experiences.
  • Support the Solutions Engineering team in developing best practices.
  • Drive strategic direction for sales engineering in the ANZ region.
  • Mentor and guide other sales engineers.
  • Represent Tines at industry events and webinars.
  • Lead design and implementation of complex automation solutions.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams.
  • Act as a senior advocate for key customers.
  • Identify initiatives to enhance sales engineering effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical background with experience working with APIs.
  • Experience in the security and/or IT industry.
  • Proven skills in uncovering customer needs.
  • Experience delivering compelling demos and winning technical evaluations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
  • A passion for learning and client success.
  • Project management skills for delivering customer solutions.
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from complex data.
  • Startup mentality with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% - 40%.
