Responsibilities
- Present technical demonstrations of Tenable platform products to prospective customers.
- Manage enterprise software trials and Proof of Value evaluations in alignment with customer goals.
- Address customer challenges through consultative security, compliance, and business-focused guidance.
- Answer technical questions and present at local events and conferences when needed.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and local partners to support enterprise deals and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and build relationships with customers, partners, and internal peers.
Requirements
- Experience with Nessus or other network scanning technologies and foundational knowledge of TCP/IP and network security concepts.
- Understanding of cybersecurity industry trends and the cybersecurity ecosystem across on-premises and cloud environments, including CMDB, ticketing, patch management, and PAM.
- Awareness of international and local compliance standards such as NIS2, DORA, PCI, FISMA, SOX, NERC, CIS, and DIS STIG.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt technical explanations to different audiences.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, flexibility, and willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory.
- Ideally, 10+ years of direct presales engineering experience.
- Preferred certifications include AWS, GCP, and/or Azure cloud certifications and CISSP or equivalent.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise-class operating systems at the security administrator level, Docker, DevOps, API scripting, and Python SDK.
