Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and deploy Conversational AI solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and modern web technologies.
- Implement and optimize bot behaviors using conversational design best practices.
- Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solution components.
- Support testing, validation, and go-live activities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SaaS applications.
- Adapt existing integrations to meet evolving customer needs.
- Produce documentation including specifications and test cases.
- Collaborate with Implementation Engineers and Project Managers.
- Participate in customer workshops to clarify technical details.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot applications preferred.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Solid understanding of REST API integration patterns and modern authentication standards.
- Ability to interpret API documentation and troubleshoot integrations.
- Strong understanding of conversational UX and prompt engineering techniques.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade conversational flows is an advantage.
