Responsibilities
- Own project execution and drive the functional and technical vision of solutions from ideation through production.
- Design, size, and build innovative, enterprise-scalable solution architectures based on business needs.
- Participate hands-on in development activities and ensure the overall technical quality of solutions.
- Mentor internal, customer, and partner resources on architecture and development best practices.
- Influence solution direction through expertise in OutSystems and related technologies.
- Work with customers and delivery leaders to resolve impediments and dependencies.
- Contribute to technical practices through documentation, sample applications, blog posts, and speaker events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or exceptional equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with web or mobile application development, project delivery practices, solution design, architecture patterns, and application performance.
- Preferred experience with .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to execute technical projects globally across multiple teams and time zones.
- OutSystems project experience and certifications are preferred.
- Experience with software development life cycles and agile, scrum, iterative, or waterfall methodologies is preferred.
- Strategic, innovative, customer-oriented, and collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
