Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of the Information Asset Management solution.
- Define records management, retention, disposal, and information lifecycle management capabilities.
- Design and govern Microsoft Purview and AvePoint Opus solutions.
- Define metadata, taxonomy, classification, and information architecture requirements.
- Support implementation of information governance, compliance, and records management controls.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, architecture reviews, and design governance activities.
- Develop solution architecture, design documentation, governance artefacts, and implementation guidance.
- Provide technical leadership across records management, information governance, and compliance workstreams.
- Support transition to operations and operational readiness activities.
Requirements
- Australian citizenship is required to apply.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and AvePoint Opus solution design and implementation is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise records management and information governance programs is preferred.
- Experience in Australian Government information management and recordkeeping environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 15489, ISO 16175, AGRkMS, and related records management frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Business Classification Scheme and disposal authority implementation is preferred.
- Experience with information governance, compliance, and records lifecycle management transformations is preferred.
- Experience providing architecture leadership for Microsoft 365 and Information Asset Management solutions is preferred.
- Security clearance is highly regarded.
