Responsibilities
- Develop consultative relationships with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and compliance needs.
- Advise customers on AWS adoption, application modernization, cloud migration, AI solutions, and industry technology.
- Architect and deploy resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, account teams, specialists, partners, and AWS service teams to design and optimize solutions.
- Educate customers, share technical thought leadership, and contribute customer feedback to improve AWS products and services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
