Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and ownership for Delivery Integration Services.
- Define clear scope for technical project requirements, tasks, changes, and deliverables.
- Deploy SAS software on new builds and implement add-on integration services in hosted environments.
- Improve system stability, monitoring awareness, and operational efficiency.
- Validate adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Provide knowledge transfer to broader teams supporting customer engagements and key technology areas.
- Define performance metrics aligned with customer success criteria.
- Use documentation, automation, and knowledge management to improve operational incident response.
- Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, implementation teams, and Customer Success Managers to resolve technical obstacles.
- Follow applicable security policies and secure software development processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience writing programs in Bash or Python.
- At least 2 years of experience in end-user and system administrator consulting or other first-level consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Australian citizenship required for security clearance.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and SAS Code.
- Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, utilities, services, editors, diagnostic tools, and complex system features relevant to the assigned area.
- Ability to solve complex problems based on business requirements and learn independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Azure, AWS, or SAS certifications are additional valuable competencies.
- Equivalent combinations of related education, training, and experience may be considered.
