Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of scalable architectures for ML applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business needs into ML systems.
- Own the development and maintenance of core functionalities within ML applications.
- Drive the functional stream of work by providing technical expertise and ensuring timely delivery.
- Explore and implement the latest tools and frameworks in the ML landscape.
- Facilitate collaborative problem solving and mentor other engineers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the team's ML strategy.
- Proactively identify and address challenges related to ML systems.
Requirements
- Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Experience with building and maintaining ML systems using relevant techniques and platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and CI/CD for ML.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services for building and deploying ML pipelines.
- Experience with GenAI/LLM, Prompt Engineering, and Big Data Processing frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
