Responsibilities
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Participate in on-call rotation to identify, triage, debug, and resolve issues.
- Explain trade-offs made in technical decisions.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
- Analyze internal systems for improvement and automation opportunities.
- Participate in AI-augmented development workflows.
- Contribute to reusable platform capabilities for scalable infrastructure.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
- Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems and databases (relational and NoSQL).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, low-ego team environment.
- Bonus: Experience with side projects or open-source contributions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI coding assistants to enhance productivity.
