Base Salary
$76k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns and issues.
- Triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing initial findings to engineering teams.
- Assist in bug fixing and the initial development of new features.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Natural curiosity and passion for problem-solving.
- Genuine interest in software development and a desire to build a career in engineering.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript is a plus.
