Base Salary
$170k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve speed and reliability of early change feedback.
- Invest in build and dependency tooling to maintain tight iteration.
- Accelerate CI/CD pipelines while ensuring safe production paths.
- Enhance test suites for speed and reliability.
- Design tools for concurrent agent execution.
- Automate repetitive workflows to reduce toil.
- Instrument the engineering org with meaningful performance signals.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems.
Requirements
- Experience with developer-facing tooling and CI/CD systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Proficiency in Go or willingness to learn quickly.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- A bias toward measurement and data-driven improvements.
- Empathy for engineers and a focus on fixing developer pain points.
