Build and scale Render’s core compute infrastructure across Kubernetes clusters, hyperscalers, regions, and bare-metal environments. You’ll solve complex distributed-systems problems, improve reliability and performance, and shape the platform that powers millions of developer services.

Build the internal platforms, CI/CD systems, test infrastructure, and automation that help Render engineers ship faster and more safely. This role combines developer experience, production engineering, observability, and emerging agent-focused tooling.

Own the technical pre-sales motion at Render by architecting solutions, running proof-of-concepts, and guiding developer teams through cloud and Heroku migrations. You’ll combine hands-on engineering expertise with customer-facing discovery, demonstrations, and technical strategy.
