Base Salary
$170k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new products and tools that help larger teams and companies manage applications as they grow.
- Take complete, end-to-end ownership of full-stack projects.
- Collaborate with design, product, other engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Help evolve and mature the Render codebase and technology as the product scales.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Help shape team culture and practices as the company scales.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience shipping software.
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
- Experience working across the stack, both collaboratively and independently, and wearing multiple hats.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases, with experience using multiple programming languages.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to make pragmatic decisions.
- Experience at a small, high-growth startup is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern software build and deployment tooling is preferred.
- Familiarity with product-driven growth and modern enterprise audiences is preferred.
- Experience with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal is preferred.
