Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on software features.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team.
- Test AI-enabled product features for accuracy and reliability.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to improve QA efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, development, and design teams on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results.
- Plan and manage daily QA work across multiple priorities.
- Contribute insights to enhance testing processes and documentation standards.
- Take initiative and follow through on commitments.
- Manage multiple testing priorities and communicate risks effectively.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare software.
- Solid experience with manual testing techniques.
- Experience testing AI-enabled features or a strong interest in AI evaluation.
- Strong documentation skills for test cases and bug reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.
- High-performance mindset with strong follow-through.
