Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable services for Marketplace products.
- Create prototypes and MVPs for new marketplace offerings.
- Support quality and usability improvements on launched products.
- Develop AI-integrated workflows and document-extraction tools.
- Participate in customer discovery and synthesize findings.
- Collaborate with staff engineers on system design.
- Mentor newer engineers and identify workflow friction points.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in software engineering with backend fundamentals.
- Experience shipping technical MVPs or prototypes in fast-iteration environments.
- Familiarity with LLM providers and document-extraction tooling.
- Background in data engineering, ML, or document processing is a plus.
- Comfort working across the tech stack and collaborating closely with product teams.
- Experience in financial services, construction, or complex B2B environments is a differentiator.
