Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, deploy, and maintain Model Serving infrastructure for the Detection Engine.
- Scale model serving and data processing services to support ten times current traffic.
- Own real-time and near-real-time streaming pipelines and online feature serving services.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineering and data science teams to incorporate feedback into strategy and execution.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role, including hands-on experience building data-focused solutions.
- Experience using AI tools throughout software system discovery, design, implementation, and rollout.
- Experience maintaining large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with real-time or near-real-time data pipelines or streaming services.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and performance optimization.
- A BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or another related engineering field.
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Python/Django, Golang, and Postgres is preferred.
- Experience building scalable enterprise-grade applications is preferred.
- Experience with web security, such as the OWASP Top 10, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude is preferred.
