Responsibilities
- Build relationships with AWS Solutions Architects across defined verticals and open-source database migration motions.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content for AWS Solutions Architects.
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures showing how Supabase fits with AWS services.
- Support AWS Solutions Architects on active opportunities and provide technical assistance to advance deals.
- Resolve implementation blockers and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.
- Turn technical solutions into reusable assets and maintain feedback loops with Supabase product and engineering teams.
- Track co-sell opportunities, influenced deals, and Solutions Architect enablement metrics.
- Write technical blog posts and case studies about Supabase implementations.
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and AWS-sponsored events.
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences for AWS Solutions Architects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on AWS experience.
- Previous experience working at AWS or as an AWS partner is required.
- Understanding of AWS Solutions Architects’ incentives, recommendation processes, and partner ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, React, and Next.js.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and building a new playbook quickly.
