Base Salary
$119k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and support automations for employee IT needs.
- Support identity and access capabilities using SSO and MFA.
- Operate zero-touch device provisioning for macOS and Windows.
- Use AI tools and APIs to enhance platform operations.
- Create self-service experiences and enablement content.
- Add telemetry and logging for monitoring automations.
- Participate in Tier 2/3 incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve employee experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of identity and access concepts.
- Experience with macOS and/or Windows device management.
- Ability to script and integrate systems using APIs.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and collaboration tools.
- Experience with incident and change management.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
