Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable software solutions and establish technical guidelines with architects and managers.
- Develop and integrate high-performance Web APIs using .NET Core and .NET MVC.
- Design and develop product features, resolve defects, and troubleshoot complex production issues through root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams on technical feasibility, development coordination, and project alignment.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote coding standards and best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies, create proof-of-concept implementations, and advocate for beneficial adoption.
- Participate in sprint planning and technical design reviews.
Requirements
- 10 to 18 years of experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in Web API, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, EF Core, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns including MVC, MVVM, and microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience architecting and building multithreaded, distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# is advantageous; the organization is otherwise language agnostic.
- Strong understanding of Git branching strategies is preferred.
