Base Salary
$212k - $318k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend systems that handle millions of requests per day.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
- Build robust APIs that support web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features on time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
- Strong experience with Python or a similar language.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with relational databases (such as MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
