Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Design and modify custom modules, forms, reports, workflows, integrations, and extensions using X++.
- Translate business requirements into technical ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system bugs.
- Support implementation, upgrade, and migration projects across AX 2009, AX 2012, AX 2012 R3, and D365 Finance & Operations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation of custom developments.
- Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AX 2009, AX 2012, AX 2012 R3, and D365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong expertise in X++ programming and customization.
- Experience developing custom modules, reports, workflows, SSRS reports, and integrations.
- Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and support processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in Dynamics AX and D365 environments.
- Experience with data migration, system upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: experience with Azure integrations and Power Platform.
- Preferred: understanding of DevOps practices and release management for D365.
- Preferred: exposure to retail, supply chain, finance, or manufacturing processes.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous.
