Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Translate product requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Build responsive web UIs, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
- Write technical documentation, including SRS and system design documents.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of relevant software development experience, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Require strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
- Require hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Require experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and software design patterns.
- Require strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, testing, and debugging.
- Require experience writing production-ready code and working with Git.
- Require strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end feature ownership.
- Prefer exposure to AWS or Azure, Docker, microservices, and CI/CD.
- Prefer experience with banking or financial-services applications.
