Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions for Prime benefit products serving millions of members.
- Lead technical problem-solving for complex architectural components across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and provide feedback through code reviews.
- Drive technical innovation by adopting novel approaches and technologies.
- Analyze system performance and help ensure operational excellence and sustainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and document software development, testing, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
