Base Salary
$70k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop applications with Java and Spring-based frameworks, preferably Spring Boot.
- Build and consume REST API integrations and develop microservices-based applications.
- Work with Microsoft Azure and other public cloud technologies.
- Implement solutions using messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Build applications using databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Use software testing approaches and tools including JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Apply Chaos Testing and SRE practices to build highly resilient cloud applications.
- Contribute to engineering excellence and continuous improvement through collaboration and learning.
- Analyze and solve complex customer needs and transaction-related technical problems.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Java, Spring-based frameworks, and libraries, preferably Spring Boot.
- Experience with public cloud and cloud-based technologies; Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience building and consuming REST API integrations and working with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with application testing approaches and tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for resilient cloud software development.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for engineering excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and willingness to learn.
