Base Salary
$150k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Explain the various tradeoffs made in decisions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Build features from tech specification to positive execution.
- Incorporate business context and failure modes in your work.
- Proactively participate in resolving ongoing incidents.
- Support and communicate effectively within your team to achieve results.
- Share knowledge through brown bags and tech talks.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience with stacks like Python, GO, or Java.
- Experience with ML serving/training/deployment infrastructure and cloud providers.
- Familiarity with the GenAI ecosystem, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques and frameworks.
- Experience with GenAI/LLM infrastructure and MLOps tooling.
- Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
