Responsibilities
- Build and ship data products like dashboards and recommendation tools.
- Own production ML deployment, ensuring models are reliable and monitored.
- Develop data pipelines from TASER device telemetry to analytics surfaces.
- Set technical direction for the team's engineering practices.
- Work across the full stack, from data ingestion to user-facing analytics.
- Integrate AI tools into the development workflow.
Requirements
- Write high-standard production code, designed for maintainability.
- Deploy and operate ML systems in production with monitoring and failure handling.
- Identify and prioritize important technical work and influence organizational direction.
- Define problems and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Experience with real-world messy data such as device logs and event streams.
