Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow across development, test, and production environments.
- Configure and support ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, custom applications, and domain separation.
- Design workflows, Flow Designer solutions, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, Script Includes, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.
- Implement role-based access controls, ACLs, security practices, governance processes, architecture reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor platform health, resolve issues, improve automation and user experience, and support upgrades, testing, remediation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, vendors, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Experience in large enterprise or global environments is preferred.
