Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain ServiceNow across development, test, and production environments.
  • Configure and support ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, Employee Center, custom applications, and domain separation.
  • Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, Script Includes, and custom applications.
  • Design and troubleshoot enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, Import Sets, and REST/SOAP services.
  • Support deployments through Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines, and participate in platform upgrade planning, testing, and remediation.
  • Implement RBAC, ACLs, security best practices, platform governance, architecture reviews, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, vendors, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI solutions.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist certifications such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
  • Preferred: experience in large enterprise or global environments.
