Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and configure custom software applications using Java full-stack development.
- Lead technical initiatives and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Act as a liaison for project stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts.
- Make team decisions and oversee implementation of engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and support database integration.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, risks, and delivery issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
- Experience with AWS Administration is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
