Responsibilities
- Build and support scalable, secure, resilient software solutions on SaaS-based platforms.
- Design and own integrations for SaaS and hosted applications.
- Integrate solutions with internal and external systems or operate them as standalone applications.
- Install, review, analyze, and evaluate existing solutions and recommend technologies for future solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations to maintain optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with product managers, users, vendors, Engineering, Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Produce development artifacts and participate in code reviews.
- Participate in vendor assessments and selection.
- Provide technical leadership and drive delivery within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Follow SDLC governance and Visa’s engineering and operational excellence principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of work experience is preferred; the title also states 3–6 years of experience.
- Experience with full-stack platforms such as .NET or Python.
- Hands-on experience with a database system such as SQL Server or MongoDB.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and API management.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Code, and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD and understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of AI and data analytics capabilities, including foundational knowledge and hands-on GenAI experience.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Power Automate and Logic Apps.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.
- Passion for clean code, coding standards, design patterns, code reviews, and source-code management.
