Responsibilities
- Deploy and validate application environments and manage change.
- Run core Azure services in production, including VMs and App Services.
- Handle operational tasks to maintain platform reliability.
- Lead incident response and document runbooks for future reference.
- Build automation using PowerShell, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations for global operations.
- Develop AI-driven workflows for operational intelligence.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience operating Azure in production.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure compute, storage, and networking.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Shell.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted operations and automation.
- AZ-104 certification is required; AZ-900 and AZ-500 are a plus.
