Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, development, configuration, and execution of software development initiatives.
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems or applications.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to support application integration and delivery.
- Provide solutions to complex problems across immediate and partner teams.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, team productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
