Base Salary
$210k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy software applications that use AI capabilities.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
- Integrate AI services, LLM APIs, RESTful APIs, and third-party platforms into secure, maintainable applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performing backend services and APIs.
- Apply prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI orchestration to build AI-enabled features.
- Evaluate AI platforms, developer harnesses, and agentic coding workflows while maintaining code quality and security.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
- Support version control, testing, monitoring, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with exposure to AI-enabled development workflows or AI-powered application features.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Python, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools or platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Experience designing, consuming, and integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, cloud services, or LLM APIs.
- Understanding of Git-based workflows, testing, CI/CD, code review, documentation, and secure coding.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ability to learn new AI development tools quickly.
