Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and other applications.
- Build and optimize scalable end-to-end ML pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, deployment, and retraining.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and MLOps teams on datasets, infrastructure, and model deployment practices.
- Integrate models into production environments and monitor, evaluate, and retrain them to maintain effectiveness and accuracy.
- Implement cloud-based solutions for scalable machine learning workflows.
- Evaluate emerging ML and AI technologies and recommend tools and techniques to improve model performance.
- Document processes and develop technical materials supporting model transparency, reproducibility, and interpretability.
- Mentor other team members while delivering AI-driven consulting solutions for clients.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience deploying models using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
