Responsibilities
- Develop frontend applications using ReactJS and Next.js.
- Build backend AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, with NodeJS or NestJS where applicable.
- Design and implement AI workflows involving RAG, agent-based systems, LLM integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.
- Work with private or offline AI deployments and local LLM systems.
- Use vector databases for similarity search and RAG-based solutions.
- Evaluate model responses, tune accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.
- Handle structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms.
- Analyze data and build KPIs, dashboards, and actionable business insights using SQL and Python.
- Apply Git, CI/CD pipelines, security practices, and enterprise-grade system design principles.
- Translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS and Next.js is required.
- Strong backend experience with Python and FastAPI for AI services and APIs is required, with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, embeddings, intelligent analysis, and scalable AI pipelines, is required.
- Experience with private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments, is required.
- Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG solutions is required.
- Experience with model evaluation, response-accuracy tuning, and hallucination-reduction techniques is required.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO is required.
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights using SQL and Python is required.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design is required.
- Background in retail, digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms is required.
- Consulting experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner is required.
