Base Salary
$139k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI technologies for commerce platform capabilities.
- Build and implement multi-agent applications for development and testing.
- Apply agentic AI expertise to create innovative solutions.
- Design systems and components to be testable.
- Work close to production and build deployment gates for robust releases.
- Deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Influence engineering practices beyond the immediate team.
- Collaborate with Commerce and other teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on engineering and software development experience.
- Strong background in AI technologies and experience building multi-agent applications.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with agentic AI.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative abilities.
- Experience designing testable systems or system components.
- Comfort working close to production and owning deployment quality gates.
- Preferred advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Preferred experience with large-scale AI deployments.
- Preferred experience with commerce systems such as payments, inventory, order orchestration, or pricing.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD is a plus.
- Experience with chaos or fault-injection testing is a plus.
