Base Salary

$139k - $258k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale full-stack product capabilities for an enterprise influencer management platform.
  • Develop backend services and workflows for creator discovery, campaign planning, collaboration, contracts, performance tracking, and analytics.
  • Implement AI-powered features for creator matching, campaign optimization, content insights, and workflow automation.
  • Integrate LLMs and goal-driven AI systems for task orchestration, recommendations, and automated campaign assistance.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and integrations with social networks, analytics tools, marketing systems, and external APIs.
  • Develop performant frontend experiences for campaign management, creator collaboration, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure systems meet enterprise requirements for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Contribute to observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for reliable and transparent AI-driven features.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js or comparable frameworks.
  • Proficiency in agentic AI development.
  • Experience designing and building scalable APIs, backend services, and modern web architectures.
  • Experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or machine learning capabilities into production applications.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, external integrations, and third-party services.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across frontend, backend, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, multifunctional environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern deployment practices.
