Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the engineering strategy and roadmap for Work Management agents’ continuous-quality and recursive self-improvement infrastructure.
- Build continuous quality-improvement loops to evaluate and improve AI-agent execution.
- Enhance the core engine harness to diagnose runtime failures and autonomously author code changes to fix its codebase.
- Analyze team-provided instructions and create self-improving loops based on evolving team activity.
- Streamline AI capabilities, evaluation methods, and quality improvement in collaboration with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with artificial intelligence, software architecture, and evaluations.
- Preferred experience with data structures and algorithms, self-improving systems, internal tools, or AI measurement pipelines.
- Ability to drive a technical roadmap and lead a project independently.
- Experience designing telemetry and evaluation loops, including precision/recall backtesting and confusion matrices, for production systems.
- Strong coding and code review skills.
- A master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
